0 -> Today we're going to show you the correct use for the two different style heads
3.49 -> that we've offered on our Park Tool floor pumps.
6.04 -> We have the consumer head with a short lever that stands up at 90 degrees to lock into position
10.98 -> and our pro head with the long lever that you squeeze down towards the handle to lock into position.
16.78 -> On the pro head - I'm going to use it on the Schraeder here -
19.9 -> I line it up with the valve stem pointed away from me, squeeze the trigger
25.54 -> pump the tire to the desired air pressure, open the valve, and take it straight off.
32.82 -> When I'm using our consumer head
37.36 -> both Presta and Schrader openings - on the Schrader side I install that on to the head
42.98 -> stand the lever up at 90 degrees, pump the tire to the desired pressure,
50.04 -> release the lever and take it off.
52.16 -> The air that you hear escaping is coming from the hose, and not from the valve stem.
56.879 -> We're going to show you how to use either one of our heads on a Presta stem.
62.28 -> I have the valve stem at the top of the wheel pointed away from me, I unscrew it, make sure it's open.
67.98 -> Take it, put it on the Presta side, squeeze it into position - it only covers the dust cap threads
73.44 -> squeeze the trigger
77.48 -> pump the tire to the desired pressure, release the lever and then I push straight down and away off the valve.
86.26 -> For our consumer head - again, same - Presta and Schrader fittings
91.4 -> on the Presta side, I simply put it on, I cover the dust cap threads,
95.44 -> lock it into position,
99.88 -> pump the tire to the desired pressure, release valve stem, take it off.
106.04 -> The air that you hear escaping is not from the tire, it's from the tube as the Presta valve closes
111.24 -> as soon as we stop pumping automatically from the air pressure within the tire.
