สรุป
ปฏิเสธไม่ได้เลยจริงๆว่าคันนี้แรง! แรงติดเท้าสุดๆ ระดับ 397 แรงม้าจากเครื่องเบนซิน V6 Twin-Turbo ให้อัตราเร่งสุดจัดในกลุ่มกระบะที่เคยขายในไทย สมเป็นรถจากทีม Ford Performance แต่ถ้าพูดถึง Raptor แล้ว จะไม่พูดถึงช่วงล่างก็ไม่ได้ เพราะโช้ค Fox Racing พร้อมระบบ Live Valve Internal Bypass ซับแรงกระแทกได้ดีมากๆ จังหวะยุบและคืนตัวคือจบในจังหวะเดียว ไม่มีอาการเด้งแต่อย่างใด สามารถปรับความหนืดได้ ดีกว่า Raptor รุ่นเดิมอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ยิ่งเอาไปขับบนทางออฟโรดแล้ว ยิ่งสร้างรอยยิ้มให้คนขับได้ ภายในก็ถือว่าจัดเต็มตามแบบฉบับรถ Raptor ทั้งจอกลางแบบสัมผัสขนาด 12” เครื่องเสียง B\u0026O ที่เสียงดีที่สุดในบรรดารถกระบะทั้งหมดในตอนนี้

แน่นอนชมขนาดนี้แล้ว ก็ต้องมีจุดปรับปรุงให้พูดถึงบ้าง อย่างแรกเลยคือวัสดุภายใน ที่น่าจะทำได้ดีกว่านี้ โดยเฉพาะวัสดุบุนุ่มที่แผงประตูด้านหลัง จะพรีเมียมก็ยังพรีเมียมไม่สุด อย่างที่สองคือการเก็บเสียง นี่น่าแปลกใจคือเก็บเสียงได้ไม่ดีเท่ารุ่นน้องอย่าง Ranger Wildtrak มีเสียงลมที่กระจกท้ายรถและเสียงฝนกระทบหลังคาดังมากกว่าปรกติ ทำให้แอบสงสัยอยู่บ้าง ว่าทาง Ford แอบลดต้นทุนอะไรอีกรึเปล่า ตัวรถโดยก็มีจุดเล็กๆน้อยๆให้กวนใจบ้าง อย่าง เข็มขัดนิรภัยที่ปรับระดับไม่ได้ ที่พักเท้าคนขับวางได้แค่ครึ่งเท้า ที่เปิดฝากระโปรงดันไปอยู่ฝั่งซ้ายของตัวรถ และตัวรถไม่มีโช้คค้ำฝากระโปรงหน้า จะเปิดฝากระโปงทีก็ลำบากอยู่พอสมควร

ที่ไม่พูดไม่ได้เลยคือ อัตราการกินน้ำมันของเจ้า Ranger Raptor คันนี้ เพราะถึงแม้ว่าจะขับเนียนขึ้นกว่าโฉมเก่าอย่างเห็นได้ชัด แต่อัตราการกินน้ำมันถือว่ากินดุตามขนาดเครื่อง ยิ่งขับติดเท้าแล้วยิ่งกินดุ ขับในเมืองมี 4-5 กม./ลิตร ขับทางไกล 100 นิ่งๆ ทำได้ที่ 10 กม./ลิตร แต่สำหรับคนที่จะซื้อรถกระบะราคา 1,869,000 บาทแล้ว คงไม่ใช่ข้อกังวลอะไรมากมาย ถือว่าเป็นรถกระบะที่หล่อมากๆคันนึง
