0.36 -> Hey hey everybody Brock Frady here helping  you enjoy your ride. In today's video we're
6.24 -> going to take an in-depth look at this 2023 Toyota  Highlander. But before we get started I would like
12.66 -> to say a huge thank you to Impex Auto Sales in  Greensboro, North Carolina for the opportunity to
18.78 -> film this 2023 Toyota Highlander. I'll be sure to  leave all of Impex Auto Sales contact information
24.18 -> including their website in the description box  below. The first thing you really recognize
29.88 -> about the 2023 Toyota Highlander especially the  one that's this package, it's the XP package, is
36.66 -> the fact that it's really sleek. This is not the  old school boxy Toyota Highlander that was just
43.08 -> boring and blah crazy reliable but wasn't much  for a feast of the eyes. This one totally changes
50.46 -> that whole narrative. It's got a beautiful sleek  look it's got touches all around it that really
56.94 -> combine for an overall really cool looking SUV.  I love the dark wheels here. Those are so slick
63.54 -> looking. Those are going to also be nice when they  get brake dust on them so you can't really tell
67.98 -> that you haven't washed your car in a while. Black  mirror that matches the wheels. I love these side
73.38 -> steps right here. Those have proven very effective  for my use over the weekend of this vehicle.
78.18 -> Notice your XP badge there on the side but overall  it's got a real kind of an athletic look. The
84.84 -> front styling here is nice without being overdone  and what I mean by that a lot of manufacturers are
90.78 -> going with these massive, massive grilles that go  all the way over the front of the entire vehicle.
96.12 -> This does have that black honeycomb looking grill  that's like a piano black. It's nice and shiny but
102.54 -> it doesn't overwhelm the front so it just all  becomes about a huge mouth. I'm really glad to
107.94 -> see that Toyota put actual fog lights right here  instead of making that just a plastic reservoir
113.46 -> of nothingness. It's actually functional. I like  where the headlights are and how they wrap all
119.04 -> the way around so you have your side markers so  whenever your turn signals on people really know
124.08 -> what your intentions are. The hood nice and  athletic looking it's continuing that motif
129.54 -> on the side there that we just looked at but it's  got all these lines in it makes it look nice and
135.18 -> aggressive and bold. Sunroof up top. I also like  the bottom portion here that's got this plastic
143.04 -> thing there it looks it just looks all  really really good. It all blends in,
149.16 -> comes together nicely. You also have LED turn  signal indicators there in your side mirrors.
155.46 -> I said before that this is an XP you can see by  the logo on the side there. The emblem on the side
161.22 -> you have X Series on the back here but this is an  XLE Highlander XLE and you can see by the black
169.62 -> badging right here on the rear black Toyota badge  black XLE the black wheels, the black mirrors,
176.76 -> the stuff up front. That's what makes this  the X Series so it's got a little bit more
182.94 -> of a bold aggressive look check out the Pearl in  that paint. Isn't that great looking? Let's roll
189.72 -> around to the back to see what's going on back  here. There is a rubber piece right here under
195.6 -> the emblem and as long as you have your key on  your person you can just pull that back and it
201.54 -> will power open the rear hatch. The premium  models have a kick to open feature, this one
208.44 -> does not. There's your Highlander all-weather mat  in the back. You can obviously see that the third
214.2 -> row seat is up and engaged the way you're going to  fold that seat is going to be this tab here. You
221.1 -> can fold that down and the headrest automatically  goes down so that it makes it easily collapsible.
229.2 -> Boom super nice and you notice that I did not  actually have to disengage the seat belts from
237.54 -> this. You can if you want to that's a lot of cargo  area right there. Also notice that in the rear you
243.18 -> have captain's chairs I really really like this  option you also have rear sun shades you can see
248.52 -> this in the back. Really really nice and these  captain's chairs are going to be super comfy
253.5 -> nice and roomy for people of all sizes and shapes.  You also have a center console here with a couple
261 -> of cup holders got a couple of bottles of water  there for example a little bit of storage right
266.46 -> there and then right here in between the front  seats is going to be your climate console. You
273.48 -> can see that you have fan speed off fan direction  Auto and temp with a couple of power points right
279.6 -> there. You also have controls right here on the  outer portion down low in order to control seat
285.78 -> functions. This is going to be for the seat  back this is folding the seat flat and this
292.62 -> is moving the entire seat forward and backward  and you can see that these are labeled so that
298.26 -> the steps that you need to take in order to fold  the seat flat step one step two right there and
305.94 -> then you can go step two. This headrest doesn't  automatically collapse so you could fault that
310.74 -> completely flat if you wanted to as well. And  now here is an example of the complete cargo
316.44 -> capability of this Highlander. You can see that  that second row is folded completely flat and
322.86 -> that gives you a ton of storage right there, seats  folded all is well tons of storage big opening.
332.22 -> Good job Toyota getting in it is super super  roomy. You can see here my knees are totally
340.32 -> fine and look how far I don't know if you can  tell but that back seat is like pretty far back
346.68 -> um so I'm I'm gonna have tons of room. I really  like the power or or the manual shades here on the
353.64 -> side glass. That makes it nice for sunny days. You  can see you've got nice materials here. Everything
359.16 -> basically goes together really, really well and  I think it's part of that XSP package. But soft
367.2 -> touch materials here on the handles and for your  arm rest power windows a little bit of a storage
373.62 -> there in the seat back. I already mentioned the  center console but this is what it's like from
379.08 -> the perspective of a passenger in the back seat.  Let's take a look at the third row seat and see
385.98 -> if I can even fit in this thing so right here.  Step one step two I'm just actually going to take
393.3 -> step one and I'm going to try to get in this thing  I'm over six feet tall and it is not going to be
404.76 -> really super functional for me but if I were  in here you can see here the the second row
412.92 -> passenger is not going to have much room at  all. So you're gonna have to have a fairly short
417.12 -> person here short person here if you're gonna  have a tall person here doesn't make that much
421.44 -> sense but hey what if. Right a couple of cup  holders here and here is the tiny tiny third
427.92 -> row you can see here that it reclines really  really well and that is because of this tab
432.96 -> right here so you can actually lean that up  in case you need storage back here and then
439.02 -> you can take it and re-recline it if you wish  but that that's actually pretty nice now you've
445.2 -> got three seat belts back here and I I gotta  say this as you already know is designed for
452.34 -> little kids this is actually not going to  be bad for for short trips for little kids
459.24 -> couple of adults here adults up front uh it's  going to be tough on a long trip because if you
464.88 -> have all of these seats full plus a third row full  you're not going to have room for any luggage but
470.82 -> you know for short trips around town all over  the place this is going to do the trick you
477.72 -> also notice that you have side airbags all the way  down that's right there so another nice thing that
484.44 -> I like is the fact that whenever you disengage  this this seat automatically slides by default
491.52 -> Plus Check out my brand new socks these things  are just the bomb absolutely gorgeous now let's
498.66 -> take a look at the key fob you can see on the  top you have lock below that unlock below that
504.54 -> hold and then red hold Panic alarm you also have  the ability to remove a physical key from the key
512.94 -> fob there's a tab here you press that in and  then you can slide a physical key right out
519.18 -> that will never be used to start the car that's  only used in the event that the battery in the
523.92 -> key fob dies at which point you will plug it in  to the door handle and then you can get into the
529.62 -> vehicle the doors are locked right now and I can  just approach the Highlander I can as long as the
535.26 -> key fob is on my person grab the handle and it  will unlock automatically then there are a couple
541.86 -> of dimples right here on top of the door handle  as you're walking away all you do is touch this
548.46 -> and the doors lock and now let's take  a quick look at the heart of the Beast
554.64 -> in order to open the hood all you do is  locate the Toyota icon and you'll feel
560.52 -> under here and there will be a little bit  of a tab right in the middle right there
566.28 -> that is how you open the hood and check it out  the little turbo that could I love the fact that
572.88 -> this is turbocharged you're going to be using SAE  0w-20 oil that's basically like water but that's
580.74 -> what this requires it allows it to get up into  the engine much faster when you're starting it
585.48 -> to protect itself and it will last longer you  don't have to have your oil changed as often
591 -> there's your windshield washer fluid there's your  brake fluid there's your battery all right there
595.86 -> fuse box you've got coolant here you also have  your radiator here do not ever open this whenever
603.66 -> it's hot but this is your little four-cylinder  turbocharged engine which I am a huge fan of I
611.88 -> really really like this engine the only thing  about it is is that it sounds a little bit a
618.42 -> little bit weak when you're driving it it doesn't  feel weak it just sounds that way a little bit
626.94 -> and I don't know if you can hear the engine  or not but it's it's just a little bit
631.38 -> tinny sounding that's totally fine  as long as it's got the horsepower
635.82 -> behind it to do what you need  to do that's all that matters
644.78 -> [Music]
645.78 -> it's a nice clean rev zero hesitation it responds  very quickly to the pedal input [Applause]
663.06 -> foreign
667.56 -> now let's take a look at the Highlander from the  driver's perspective I really enjoy the feel of
673.68 -> the steering wheel the look and the layout of the  dash on the right side of the steering wheel is
679.44 -> going to be all of your cruise control a couple  of safety things here and then radio functions
684.6 -> here mode Skip and and go back you can see here is  going to be how to handle your multi-information
692.52 -> display how to control that and that's here it's  got OK up down left right multi-directional keypad
700.14 -> with a back arrow and the phone here Bluetooth  and then right here our voice commands and
706.38 -> volume up and down so the way to think about  that multi-information display cruise control
712.92 -> audio is on the very bottom left and right I  really like the feel of the steering wheel as
720.48 -> well with the thumb grooves right there and then  the stitching here makes it look kind of uh kind
727.32 -> of fancy nice and luxurious now as far as your  turn signals and headlights are concerned you
732.24 -> can see it says DRL off that's daytime running  lights off that's Auto that's parking lights
738.48 -> and that's headlights so you can turn those on  manually I recommend just leaving it on auto you
744.6 -> can see you also have fog lights here and that's  off and that's on always use your fog lights in
750.78 -> bad weather whether it's rain or fog or snow  or whatever actually snow sometimes you might
756.36 -> not want to use your fog lights in snow it just  depends on how hard it's snowing then you have
760.68 -> the ability to push that forward and that's  your brights and then you also have a signal
766.26 -> here and you can just pull that down once without  fully engaging it and it will blink three times
773.4 -> nice little lane change feature let's take a  look at our wiper stalk you can see it says
777.78 -> Mist off intermittent low and high the default  for this is off mist is one push-up and release
785.4 -> and then intermittent low and high you also  have intermittent right here that controls
790.68 -> your intermittent speed and then on the very end  of the stalk is going to be your controls for your
796.08 -> rear wiper off intermittent and on over here on  the driver door handle at the very top you have
802.86 -> your control for your power mirrors you can just  turn this one click to the left and control the up
808.32 -> down left and right of the mirror for the driver's  side and then you can do the same thing for the
814.5 -> passenger side as well you have door locks window  locks and power windows all over here on the left
821.34 -> side this is a nice look though with the brushed  aluminum trim look soft touch material it's nice
827.46 -> for me to lean my knee against and then your black  contrast stitching here on the dash and everything
832.5 -> it's a really nice look now let's take a little  bit of an in-depth look at the controls on the
837.72 -> steering wheel as I mentioned before this is a  multi-directional keypad and it's going to control
842.46 -> all of the things that happen right here in the  center cluster of the dash and let's jump in right
848.34 -> there and take a look at the detailed information  on that Center multi-information display now what
854.52 -> I'm going to be doing right now is using that  multi-directional keypad along with ok to control
859.32 -> what you see right here so what I'm going to be  doing right now is using that multi-directional
864.42 -> keypad on the steering wheel to control what you  see right here in this multi-information display
870.9 -> and so right here on the top left you see a little  leaf and that gives you a digital speedometer plus
877.86 -> distance to empty then you have driving support as  your next one down and you can see two lines right
884.16 -> here on the left and the right of that icon and  that is going to let you know when your lane Trace
890.28 -> assist LTA steering assist active Lane centering  active and so what that does is it lets you know
897.06 -> that that is going to be active and you're only  going to be able to use that while you're driving
903.18 -> this is also going to be used for radar cruise  control you will see a little Blue Block right
908.46 -> there once radar cruise control is actually active  there it is and you can see three blue blocks and
915.24 -> that maintains the distance between the Highlander  and the vehicle in front of you according to this
921.36 -> breakdown so that's the furthest distance that's  next furthest and then that's the closest it's
926.94 -> a great feature scrolling down again there's  audio so whatever audio you're playing through
931.86 -> the speakers in the vehicle that is what's going  to show up right there and then you can press OK
936.84 -> for Source or to change the source from AM  FM satellite all those things or Bluetooth
943.32 -> whatever you want to do and then this is going to  be a whole Suite of safety stuff so this is going
948.84 -> to be pre-collision system BSM blind spot monitor  rcta rear cross traffic alert I love all of these
957.24 -> things they all work really really well in the  vehicle to keep you safe and then I just press
962.46 -> to the right and you can see where it says tire  pressure you can see I also have another screen
967.32 -> that I can press right again and then that that  takes me back to that safety and then there are
972.84 -> settings right here so this is where you can  actually control and do the different specific
977.94 -> setups for all of these different features  so there's Lane Trace there's pre-collision
985.32 -> there's radar Cruise blind spot monitor rear  cross traffic alert your sun warning and then
991.92 -> settings detailed settings and did you see on  all of these as I'm scrolling left and right
996.78 -> you can press and hold OK in order to change the  details of the settings so LTA Lane Trace assist
1003.98 -> there's Lane centering it's on there's your  sensitivity sway warning and sway sensitivity
1009.14 -> I'm going to hit the back arrow and then back  out of that and then you can just continue to
1014.18 -> do that so if I wanted to change something with  the pre-collision feature press and hold OK and
1020.12 -> as you saw from before I can go into that feature  and change the detailed settings seat belt status
1026.18 -> you I love that feature you can see it thus the  driver's side is red that indicates that I do
1031.7 -> not have my seat belt on but that will actually  tattletail on all the people in the car it will
1036.38 -> let you know who does not have that their seat  belt on that is a great feature so that's going
1040.76 -> to be your Center multi-information display using  OK up down left right on the front of the steering
1047.18 -> wheel in order to operate that entire thing so now  let's take a look at our Center screen our whole
1053.18 -> console setup here I love the fact that Toyota  has actually improved this Qi wireless charger
1060.5 -> for your cell phone so there it is right there all  you do is just lay it down and it begins to charge
1066.2 -> your cell phone you can see it says QI charging  confirmed and now it's charging my phone got a
1072.38 -> couple events here nice piano black material all  around tracing it then there's your hazard lights
1078.98 -> right here are your big big dials for your climate  controls all you do is turn that left or right to
1086.12 -> adjust the temperature left and lower right raise  the temperature you can also press the middle of
1093.32 -> that and that is going to activate Auto so once  auto is active that is going to make it work just
1099.38 -> like the central air in your house so whatever  temperature reads out here it is automatically
1104 -> going to maintain that temperature in the cabin  then you have sink right here this is kind of
1109.28 -> a a weird place to have the sink but there's  sink right there so then you have a heated seat
1116 -> controls right here and it's three level heated  seat controls that's one of the things that I kind
1121.7 -> of don't like about this is that the heated seats  are like seat um the warmers-ish they're not seat
1130.76 -> heaters and I know that sounds funny but they just  don't get very hot even on the highest setting I
1137.42 -> wish Toyota heated seats would get warmer that's  that's I think that's probably my only gripe about
1142.88 -> this car you have your front defrost here rear  defrost inside mirror defrost there and then
1148.82 -> this is your windshield wiper de-icer so if it's  nasty outside or if it's cold and your windshield
1154.58 -> wipers are stuck to the windshield press that  it will melt there's a little bit of a element
1159.62 -> underneath the glass where the windshield wipers  lay on the glass and that is going to cause them
1164.84 -> to thaw out rear climate controls rear climate  power that's air filtration and then recirculate
1173.24 -> so that's nice climate all right there but I  really do like how the display works in the
1179.96 -> fact that the touch screen is nice and easy it  responds well it responds quickly in order to
1187.82 -> experience Drive connect you do have to subscribe  I'm not going to subscribe right now but that is
1193.88 -> called Drive connect audio controls are all right  here you can see that Bluetooth is active but I
1200.9 -> can browse my sources right here so radio how to  car guy that's the name of my phone for Bluetooth
1207.26 -> Apple music Amazon music and there you go then  I can manage my devices right there but there's
1213.8 -> radio and you can see here that once radio comes  on radio does include XM or satellite radio so
1221.54 -> that's right there favorites are all listed right  here and you can see what's playing you can see
1228.56 -> the name of the song name of the song title name  of the artist all right there here and so here
1234.38 -> are some of your presets all right there and I  really enjoy the fact that this responds well
1239.36 -> to touch and uh you know moving it up and down  it's not like real clunky and you in the days of
1246.44 -> old it used to be real blocky and kind of clunky  and then here are here's my information this is
1252.26 -> my contacts my favorites keypad text messages  all right there and then vehicle climate trip
1259.52 -> information and vehicle alert all right there and  then I have settings right here I need to register
1266.78 -> the profile to load all of my personal settings  in but I can also use it in a modified way as a
1274.4 -> guest and then there's personal info Bluetooth  tooth and devices I can put up to five and then
1282.26 -> I have General General is things like screen beep  is it going to beep and I actually prefer it not
1289.7 -> to beep so I'm going to leave it with that check  this out screen sensitivity the higher value will
1296.36 -> allow a smoother operation with gloves so you  can actually move that all the way up to three
1302 -> and if you have gloves on with the fingertip  things that are good for haptic feedback or
1306.86 -> feedback for touching screens that's going to  make it more efficient of use there so in that
1313.16 -> nice Wi-Fi vehicle customized I really like  this section this is really cool you can go
1320.36 -> lights autos auto on sensitivity and this is for  the headlights so you can make that normal or you
1327.32 -> can make it dark or bright brighter or darker and  that is going to have to do with how the when the
1334.22 -> headlights cut on when it's in automatic so the  brighter you can make them cut on as the sun is
1341.24 -> still out a little bit or you can make it cut on  automatically when the Sun starts to go down a
1347.48 -> little bit more that's really really nice Auto off  timer daytime running lights on then there's door
1353.06 -> control do you want the doors to automatically  unlock when you shift it to park do you want the
1358.46 -> doors to automatically lock when you shift it from  Park so that's really nice Wireless electronic key
1365.06 -> when you double press do you want it to unlock so  this is going to be all the different settings for
1371.84 -> Keys smart access doors remember I was showing you  before and I told you that you could actually make
1378.2 -> it unlock the driver's door only whenever you  touch the door handle with the key or all doors
1383.36 -> so there you go that's how you set that and then  specific settings for climate going back to that
1389.18 -> map and so that's going to be it for this portion  of it all nice and easy to use so now let's take a
1396.44 -> look at the console here you can see here that you  have a button that says snow and you have traction
1403.22 -> control off hold and your park brake so snow is  going to make it start off in a different gear
1409.76 -> ratio to make it less likely to slip the wheels  in bad weather right here is traction control off
1417.38 -> right here is going to be brake hold and this is  a fantastic feature that I really really like to
1423.56 -> use brake hold makes it so that once this is  active when you are at a stop light you can
1430.22 -> actually take your foot off the brake and sit  there and it will hold the brake automatically
1435.68 -> for you until the light turns green and then all  you do is press the gas and go great feature a
1441.02 -> parking brake right here then you have your drive  modes and that's going to be sport normal and Eco
1447.86 -> you can adjust these on the Fly you don't have to  change or stop or anything like that you can just
1453.44 -> do it no matter what speed you're going sport is  going to change it so that the throttle mapping
1459.26 -> or the throttle response is more sensitive so as  you press the gas down it's going to take less
1465.74 -> pedal travel in order to achieve speed Eco is the  opposite of that when it's in eco mode it's going
1472.7 -> to be more more fuel efficient thereby less  engine response so it's going to require more
1478.4 -> pedal travel in order to achieve speed normal  is basically a combination of Eco and Sport
1485.24 -> then here's your gear shifter right here put your  foot on the brake put it in reverse and you can
1490.58 -> see your backup camera there we'll take a look  at that in just a minute there's neutral there's
1496.82 -> drive and at any speed you can flip it over and  change gears manually up and down you up shift
1505.28 -> here so when you push it toward the front of the  car that increases up through the transmission
1510.56 -> one two three four five or when you pull back  that's five four three two one when you're done
1517.76 -> having fun with the manual transmission there  you can flip that up back over at any speed and
1524.18 -> just continue your drive now that we've taken a  detailed look at the vehicle all over the place
1530.9 -> let's take a drive and I have it in sport mode  and so that's going to make it more sensitive
1546.68 -> that's a feisty little four-cylinder buddy it's  holding that High Rev but it puts a little bit
1552.56 -> of a smile on my face because I just I just love  the technology and it's it's there's very little
1559.16 -> turbo lag I'm really actually surprised with how  little turbo lag there is in this thing I'm sure
1565.22 -> you could hear the engine it's it's it's a  little bit tinny sounding but that's okay
1570.56 -> um it's it's it's a four cylinder pulling a big  vehicle red light Let's test the brakes brakes
1577.82 -> are great not too grabby nice and smooth the thing  that I noticed about this Highlander as soon as I
1583.4 -> got into it was just how comfortable the driver's  seat is same thing for the passenger seat as well
1589.34 -> but the the seats are just Uber comfortable the  seats almost feel like they they are like a really
1596.24 -> high-end mattress they just feel really really  good and they would be great for a long trip I
1606.44 -> would have no problem taking this little thing  on a long trip and based on the the throttle
1611.48 -> response that I just got out of it in sport mode I  would not be scared at all to load this thing down
1617.18 -> with all of the gear that you need to load it down  with load it down with all the people you need to
1622.88 -> load it down with and you will be totally fine in  this car it is there is no reason to not consider
1630.74 -> this because of a four-cylinder turbo engine so  let's talk about City Driving in the Highlander
1636.5 -> I enjoy it it's it's it's like super easy there's  nothing complicated about this thing at all it's
1644.06 -> a pleasure to drive and here are a couple of  reasons why I say it's a pleasure to drive because
1650.6 -> it's whisper quiet uh I think the windshield is  double laminated which means there is an acoustic
1658.16 -> laminate that runs in between two pieces of glass  and it makes it better for wind noise the sound
1664.4 -> dampening materials are Primavera and it makes it  so that it's really really nice I can barely even
1670.94 -> hear any of this traffic that's going on around me  right now I can hear a little bit of the fan speed
1675.98 -> you know I can hear a little bit of the hum of the  engine but as far as traffic around me I can hear
1682.88 -> it just a little bit and that's nice I do have  to say again as I said a little earlier that the
1689.3 -> engine is a little bit loud but you know whatever  you'll get used to that that's that's really not
1695.78 -> an issue at all the pedal response especially when  you're in sport mode is super fast really nice
1703.4 -> and clean and the braking is really really easy  really smooth no lag none of that stuff the feel
1713.06 -> of of the dash and the features and everything  overall the layout of all of this is is is okay
1722.72 -> um I have seen layouts that I like better but I  think with all of the features that are available
1728.78 -> on this thing they gotta put the buttons  somewhere and and I do like how Toyota has
1734.9 -> taken an initiative over the past couple of years  to simplify their cabins and to make everything
1740.18 -> more user friendly easily reachable all that kind  of stuff so you can see that some thought has gone
1747.08 -> into it so that all makes your City Drive which  is probably what's going to be the most that is
1754.82 -> done in this vehicle makes it all really nice  and easy to operate another thing that I like
1760.4 -> and and I I don't know how you feel about cruise  control in the city and that is something that
1767.24 -> I actually use quite often oh I want to show  you another feature that I highlighted earlier
1771.74 -> but it's a break hold and that is a button that's  right here so you press that and then on the dash
1778.4 -> right here it says hold in green and hold in like  an amber color my foot is off the break right now
1784.52 -> Isn't that cool and it's holding the break all  I do now is tap the accelerator and I'm going
1791.18 -> now hold is still on it's still lit up in  green on the dash and that means that the
1797.42 -> feature is still on but it's not  active and whenever it's active
1802.7 -> you know it's active because it's got  hold twice one green one amber colored.
1811.04 -> Man that is seamless, that that automatic  transmission is just like totally perfect.
1819.68 -> There was very little turbo lag. I think that's  due in large part to the fact that I was in sport
1826.22 -> mode. It's hanging the RPMs kind of high right  now so I'm gonna go down here to eco mode I'm
1834.56 -> going to hit it twice now we're in Eco there's a  little green Eco that popped up right there and so
1840.98 -> we're good to go so now if I want to use my radar  cruise control all I have to do since the feature
1848.48 -> is actually uh on I can see a green radar Cruise  icon on my Dash all I have to do is press plus
1857.36 -> res and now that's going to maintain my speed but  right now you can see that the steering wheel is
1865.82 -> actually it sees the lines on the road and it is  allowing me to stay within my Lane. If I take my
1872.9 -> hands off the wheel completely it's going to fuss  at me here in just a second there it is LTA hold
1878.48 -> the steering wheel you knucklehead. They didn't  say that last part but that's what it intended.
1884.9 -> So right now it it's just a really an easy drive  now I do have to say there's a decent amount of
1893.9 -> wind noise going on right now I'm going 74  and I don't know if you can hear it or not.
1902.72 -> That's a pretty good amount of wind noise right  there but it's super comfortable right now it's
1907.58 -> it's we're just humming along at 75. uh turning  1900 RPM and I could just do this for hours it's
1920.72 -> very very easy so here's the backup camera it is  in Reverse right now you can see that there are
1926.24 -> uh lines on the screen all you need to do is put  those lines where you want the vehicle to end up
1932.9 -> in this case in this driveway and then all you  need to do is back it on up keeping the lines
1939.02 -> straight and that's all we got nice and easy for  that backup camera okay everybody that's gonna
1946.76 -> do it for our look at the 2023 Toyota Highlander  if you are going to be driving this thing around
1954.26 -> the city occasionally taking a long trip this is  a perfect vehicle for you even in this setup you
1963.38 -> don't have to get the Platinum Edition or all  the crazy expensive doodads in order to enjoy
1969.26 -> what this vehicle can bring to you if you don't  have a vehicle that's been made or if your vehicle
1975.44 -> hasn't been manufactured within the past five six  seven years this thing is going to be loaded with
1981.08 -> technology and comfort features that you're  really really going to enjoy now here's the
1986.3 -> other thing about it is I really really enjoy the  four cylinder the thing will fly and it absolutely
1993.92 -> blew my mind especially when having to get on  the interstate or really needing to gun it even
1999.98 -> if it was not in sport mode this thing is fast  it's all you need one thing that I would like to
2007.48 -> see Toyota do and it's it's kind of insignificant  and it sounds kind of frou-frou but I would like
2014.44 -> to see them improve the heating of the front  heated seats because they don't get that hot
2021.94 -> and I like I like toasty buns that's going to do  it for our look at the 2023 Toyota Highlander. I
2029.86 -> hope you enjoyed watching the video as much as  I enjoyed bringing it to you. Remember to hit
2034.78 -> that subscribe button if you did enjoy it. And  also I would like to say another huge thank you
2039.76 -> to Impex Auto Sales in Greensboro, North Carolina  for the opportunity to film this beautiful Toyota
2046.12 -> Highlander. But remember the most important  thing of all have a wonderful day everybody!
